After obtaining master's degrees in physiology and genetic engineering, Steve taught biochemistry and microbiology. He also studied Chinese medicine and taught it at CÈDRE. He has also organized and managed the supervision of students during humanitarian missions and clinics, notably in Dharamsala, India. He is passionate about practicing martial arts since his childhood, he supports capoeira competitors at the French, European and world championships, as well as many national and international athletes (rugby, handball, soccer, etc.).
