What Type of Courses are There?

We offer two three types of courses: live online webinars, recorded courses and live seminars.
Live online webinars take place on Zoom and are also recorded so that participants can watch them later. The Zoom links are available on the course page in your account. You will receive a reminder email before the webinar. Recorded courses are recorded webinars or video recordings that you can watch any time. Seminars are in-person courses that take place at our training facility in Wollerau Switzerland.

How Long do I Have Access to my Webinars & Recorded Courses?

For most courses and webinars, you have lifetime access the recordings (there are some exception, please see the webinar description for more details).

How do I Take Part in my Live Webinar?

You will receive reminder emails with a zoom link before each webinar. You can watch the live webinar either in the Zoom application or directly on our learning platform by going to the course page in your account. We recommend watching through the Zoom application for best compatibility. Please make sure you have the Zoom application downloaded and installed before the date of the webinar. The handouts will be available on the course page a few days before the webinar starts.


How do Recorded Courses Work?

You can start any time and watch the recording directly on our learning platform by going to the course page in your account and lciking on the video. The handouts are also available on the course page.

How Do I Get a Certificate for My Course?

To receive a certificate for a course you will need to complete a short, online multiple-choice quiz which can be found on  the course page in your account. Once you have successfully passed the quiz, you will automatically receive a course certificate and can download it. You can also find your certificates that you have received on this website (since August, 2025) by going to My Account -> Certificates in the Menu.

 

How Do I Get an Invoice After I Purchase a Course?

You will receive a PDF invoice (only available in English) in the confirmation email after you purchase a course. You can also find your invoise purchased from this website (from August, 2025) by going to My Account -> Invoices in the Menu.

I Can't Find a Course That I Purchased

If a course that previously purchased is not in your account, please let us know. Some courses which were only available for a limited time as recordings e.g. courses from Yifan Yang have expired. Courses that wer eonly available as live webinars or live seminars are also no longer available.

What Payment Methods Do You Support?

You can pay by credit card (through Stripe) or by Paypal

The Prices Are in Euro, Can I Pay in Swiss Francs or Another Currency?

Our website only supports one currency - Euro. When you checkout Stripe and Paypal will let you choose to pay in Euro or your own currency.
