Course Description

This course is based on the book “Female Infertility and Reproductive Gynaecology”. The authors of the book, Celine Leonard and Michael Häberle, supported by Esther Denz, will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the female cycle, infertility and assisted reproductive medicine from the perspective of Chinese and Western medicine. In particular, treatment with Chinese herbal medicine will be taught in detail.
Many couples trying to conceive, who have a history of unsuccessful attempts at intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), donor egg or frozen embryo transfer (FET) will seek help from Chinese medicine. They want to increase their chances of a successful pregnancy with herbs and acupuncture.
